We want you to love your purchase from Glossii Beauty & Skincare — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Unworn, unopened, and in the same condition you received it
- Not a final sale or custom item
If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within the 7-day window with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Used or worn press-on nails
- Used lip gloss, blush or mascara
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Custom or personalized items
📩 How to Start a Return:
- Email us at glossii.cosmeticss@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond with return instructions if your item qualifies.
- Ship the product back to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective.
